The Air Jordan 6 “Bordeaux” Is a Nod to the Legendary AJ7 Colourway

In a nod to the legendary Air Jordan 7 “Bordeaux”, Jordan brand has now unveiled an Air Jordan 6 that bears the same renowned colourway, and it’s safe to say that here at TSS HQ we’re already eyeing up this stunning pair! The AJ6 is one of the most renowned Jordan silhouettes, and was worn by Micheal while the Bulls won their first championship during the 1990-1991 NBA season.

Combine the silhouette with the Bordeaux colourway (first launched back in 1992 on the AJ7) and you have an instant winner. The stealthy pair showcases hits of grey and black, while plum-red and yellow details adorn the uppers for a significant touch that really sticks in your mind. These are without a doubt one of the strongest AJ6 releases we’ve ever seen!

The majority of the uppers are crafted from premium suede, although synthetic panels are also present, while the sides are perforated for improved ventilation. The sneakers are absent of any Swoosh branding, although Jumpman logos are located at both the tongues and heels, embroidered for a premium feel. A lace-lock is decked out in yellow and is optimal for fastening these firmly on feet, as these were once a performance basketball sneaker.

If you’re wanting to get your hands on the super-stealthy Air Jordan 6 “Bordeaux”, then make sure to keep it locked in best here at The Sole Supplier, as the pair are set to launch on the 4th September and we’ve got all the details you need in purchase to cop. While you’re here, be sure to check out the rumours that another Trophy room x Jordan brand collaboration could be on the way!
